Neil has a proven track record in leading organisational change and delivering outcomes in high-risk and highly complex environments, both domestically and globally. His work spans sectors including natural resources and mining, defence, technology, human services, telecommunications, public safety, cyber, risk and threat management, and emergency management.

He is the founder and Managing Partner of DunneMedforth, a specialist advisory and assurance firm working on the most complex strategic and operational challenges in a data-driven world. He is also the founder and chair of the Evinact group, which he has grown into a respected national professional services company. He serves as Executive Chairman of Redman Solutions, enabling more effective and accountable government.

Neil has advised and led boards, committees, and executive teams through strategic and operational challenges in areas such as macroeconomics, global trade, crisis management, risk management, cybersecurity, M&A, and government relations.

He is a sought-after keynote speaker and storyteller, valued for his direct and engaging style. He is the voice behind the Conflict Chronicles podcast, sharing the experiences of those on the front line of conflict, and is the founder of Mates 4 Mates, supporting a new generation of service personnel.
